Bio: Sonia has been working in casting since 2008.
After working alongside some of the UK's leading casting directors Sonia Allam Casting was founded in January 2019.
Her credits include: BRASSIC (Sky), PASSENGER (ITV), THE LONG SHADOW (ITV), BETTER (BBC), THE OTHER HALF (Dave) and many more projects for BBC, ITV, SKY, STARZ, Amazon Prime, C4, E4, C5, Discovery ID, National Geographic, Comedy Central, CBBC, Disney, Nickelodeon & BFI.
Sonia is a member of the Casting Director's Guild of Great Britain & Ireland & proudly champions diversity as a founding member of their equality, diversity & inclusion group, alongside 11 other members.
Workshop details: Sonia leads a Casting Workshop. Participants will be sent TV/Film sides to work on with Sonia and this workshop will follow a TV/Film format. The sides will be taped and sent via email after the workshop. Sonia will then lead a discussion and Q&A with the participants, sharing her knowledge and inspiration.
